A Statement from theawesomeSC4sim

Dear Customers and Staff,

Over the past few months, Sauga Transit has failed to deliver its promises to our customers. Our actions clearly did not demonstrate who we are as a transit community.

Words cannot express how much I want to say sorry to you — our valued customers and staff who I’ve let down. On behalf of the group, I deeply apologize to the fullest extent.

These recent issues have mostly been my responsibility. I failed to be an active leader in my own group. I let my own staff handle all inquiries, training requests, customer complaints, and everything else while I focused only on development and other things. I failed to listen — to not only our customers but my own mid and high rank (MR & HR) staff. I also failed to give our customers what they wanted — to get what they paid their hard-earned Robux for. I mislead people into thinking I keep all the profit from the group. Although this group is for-profit, we’ve spent most of our money into map improvements and advertising.

I also failed in providing good treatment to our own staff, especially to our amazing developer, Real_BenTheMiner, who provided critical and useful assets to our group and made it better. I took advantage of his great work that Sauga Transit relies on and greatly appreciates. I admit I sometimes pushed him too hard into doing more stuff for free. Because of this, he will be compensated for the work he has done since July.

Ben has done so many great things that we are very thankful for — the ODK4 Destination Sign, welcome screen, Celebration Square music player, and fulfilling our wish list. We hope he comes back, and if he does, I will give him the respect and value he deserves. All developers who will be developing for Sauga Transit will be paid and valued for from this day forward.

Not only has Ben done so much for our group, but capimateo, NipseyHussle4444, Harry21bb and our entire community at Sauga Transit. Sauga Transit would not have been this great without them. I am very thankful for everyone including them for their contribution to my group.

I also let a fellow friend of mine lash out at certain people in our community. I realized he was turning some people away from the group, and it hurt our ability to grow. I have already spoke with him and we both agreed he would apologize and not lash out any anyone here again.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience that you guys faced with my failure to be a good leader. You guys do not deserve to be neglected by us — there is no excuse for that. Therefore, we will be reviewing all applications that haven’t been reviewed yet and securing training spots for those who have been waiting for a while for training. It may take a while due to staff availability, but we will get it done as soon as possible. We will also issue refunds if you are ineligible to join the group. You guys deserve better — a lot better — from us at Sauga Transit. We promise you from this day forward, we will give our customers and staff what they deserve. Nothing is more important that regaining your trust in our group. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide the experience you deserve and expect from us. We’ll keep giving back to our amazing community because you guys deserve it.
