How do I join the group?

You can join the group by joining both the Roblox group and our Discord server! You need to be in both groups in order to become a Transit Operator.

My trainer hasn’t responded. What now?

If your trainer hasn’t responded quick enough, then they may be busy. Don’t pester or spam them, just wait! Even if they are online they may be busy. If your trainer hasn’t responded for a significant amount of time, such as in a week, please message the Chief Executive Officer.

I’ve been waiting for a while for my acceptance to the group. What happened?

Our team checks the Join Requests every day. Requests should be accepted within 24 hours. If your request has not been accepted, then there may be something wrong with your account. Please make sure you are clean of any leaked assets and/or interaction with any exploiters or leaked assets on the market, since you are not allowed to be in possession of leaked assets. Enable your Roblox inventory to “public”. If you want to know more about leaked assets, please contact us.

How do I get Training?

To apply for training, visit our Apply page to apply to become a Transit Operator! It will take a few hours to a few days for a Trainer to review your application. Once approved, you can book a training!

Why are there no buildings?

Our game is still in development, and the map expansion and game efficiency is our top priority. Buildings and Landscape are coming soon!

Does Sauga Transit do group training sessions?

Yes! Join our Discord server to know when our Group Training Sessions happen! Trainings are also offered by appointment also.

Why do I need to speak in order to drive for trainings/runs?

It all matters to driver efficiency. When you are driving the bus, we want you to focus on driving rather than stopping, typing up in the chat, then sending your message. It’s also why we have a “no stopping in the middle of the road” and “no typing while driving” rules in place.

What computer do I need in order to play the game?

Roblox will require significant resources from your computer. A slow computer will affect your gameplay and compromise your training! Our game contains a lot of parts and scripts and may require higher demand. To find out more, click here.

How do I become a Trainer or Supervisor?

To become a High Rank, you must be an active member in the group with an outgoing personality, leadership skills, considerable level of maturity and more. We will consider you if we believe you are right for a High Rank position. If you qualify, the Chief Executive Officer will ask you.

Why are there no route directional signage?

You may notice unlike other Roblox transit groups, we do not utilize “directional signage”. This is for us to improve the game quality, photography and realism. Our Trainers & Supervisors will give you all the knowledge you need to learn the routes, so what’s the point of those hideous direction signs?

Is this a “free-drive” game?

At this time, our map is controlled-access only, meaning you can only drive at events, or when there is a Trainer or Supervisor present, and it is at their discretion if they want to let you drive. Don’t worry, we want to give our Transit Operators the opportunity to drive, our Trainers & Supervisors are normally available at some times of the day, just ask!
