At Sauga Transit, we are forever grateful and honoured to have our amazing Transit Operators, Trainers, Supervisors and our Director of Transit, desmills! This month, one person from each role stood out from the rest of the team and therefore deserves their hard work, effort and dedication to become publicly recognized!

Supervisor of the Month
TheDroolingMonster “Conner” has put in his time to host many runs in April, exceeding his quota for the month. One of his runs lasted a total of a shocking 5 hours, with another one that lasted 8 hours! Holy cow! Not only has he put his time into hosting long runs, but with his voice calls, sense of humour and game nights, he has brought the entire group together to form one big family. He also developed solutions to some of our imperfections that we were having! He also made our Runs more fun to drive in because of his creative detours! Conner is an excellent example of a Community Leader. His work forged Sauga Transit to grow even bigger than what it was a month ago. Sauga Transit cannot thank him enough for his hard work, effort and dedication to our group!

Trainer of the Month
Ralph has dedicated his time, effort and dedication into hosting many trainings, 14 days in a row! WOW! Ralph completed a months’ worth of trainings in just one week! Not only has he done those training sessions, but he has also motivated other trainers in the group to help out in his trainings, and to ensure that other Trainers are doing their jobs, and people get trained right away! He has accelerated the growth of the group from 41 operators to 88 in just one month! Sauga Transit cannot thank Ralph enough for his contribution to the group!

Transit Operator of the Month
NewFlyerFan101 has demonstrated what a Transit Operator really is. Not only has he been active, but he took his time to create route maps for other Transit Operators to use! He has shown his dedication to the group and has taken the initiative to help out his other operators during training sessions as a Trainer. Sauga Transit cannot thank him enough for his hard work!
