Today, MiWay has issued a cease and desist order on our group. This means they are legally demanding us to change our name and remove all MiWay-related items inside the game.

Also, New Flyer Industries has also issued a cease and desist, because we were in violation of our agreement.

Unfortunately because of both cease and desist orders, we cannot operate this group as it is. Since we cannot operate the New Flyer buses in our game, we are now required to remove them. I will try to get the other Nova buses done as soon as I can.

I sincerely apologize to not only both MiWay and New Flyer Industries, but our community for misleading the group, its identity and our vision.

We will be changing our name and branding to something other than Sauga Transit. We will still operate as a bus simulator, but without using the Sauga Transit name.

UPDATE: We’ll be changing our name. Wanna know what our new name is?
