Stall Submission Guidelines

We thank you for your interest in submitting a stall to be featured at this year’s event! In order to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone, we have set up guidelines for all submitters to adhere to. Obviously, you would need to make a Stall that depicts anything representing a form of transport, and it needs to follow these guidelines below.

Choose between 3 sizes:

  • 50×150×40 LWH

  • 200×100×40 LWH

  • 150 × 150 × 40 LWH

Do not exceed the maximum Length, Width & Height requirements for all instances in your Stall

Maximum Part count, including all MeshParts & UnionOperations combined:

  • 1,500 for aviation stalls

  • 1,000 for all other stall types

There are no exceptions to this guideline

Maximum MeshPart & UnionOperation triangle count per instance:

  • 1,000 for small size instances like fine details

  • 7,500 for medium size instances like seating or window frames

  • 10,000 for large size instances like vehicle frames & large signage

Instances that exceed the triangle limit may be reduced using third party software by the organizers

Maximum of 1 (one) Server Script permitted within your Stall. You are required to declare it upon submission. Your script will be screened before it is placed in the venue. Your script must adhere to the following:

  • No LocalScripts

  • No ModuleScripts

  • No RemoteEvents

  • No RemoteFunctions

  • No teleports to your game or group

  • No repetitive code allowed

  • No terrain generation allowed

  • No calls to: require(), Clone(), Instance.new(), Anchored, CanCollide, CanTouch, ReplicatedStorage, ServerStorage, Players, SoundService, NetworkClient, ReplicatedFirst, StarterGui, StarterPack, StarterPlayer, Teams, TextChatService, Workspace, TeleportService, DataStoreService, MessagingService

  • Your script must not exceed 30 lines of code

  • Your script is only allowed to control aspects within your stall, such as lighting, photo slides & audio

  • No animations allowed

  • No moving vehicles allowed

  • No excessively loud audio allowed

  • No clumps of tiny instances allowed

  • No free models allowed

Your stall must abide by Roblox’s Community Standards. We reserve the right to forfeit your stall if we believe any aspect of your stall is in violation of the Standards.

We have a zero-tolerance policy in regards to using other’s assets without permission. You agree that all contents in your stall are 100% made by yourself or the developers of your studio, and you have expressed, written consent to use assets created by others to showcase in your Stall. We reserve the right to forfeit your Stall if we become aware of asset theft, misuse, usage of free models or assets in your Stall you are featuring without the creator’s expressed, written consent.

There are no exceptions to these guidelines

You may wish to include moving aspects such as decor or vehicle features, please declare them upon submission.

We reserve the right to modify or forfeit your stall if necessary.

Stall submission deadline: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern


You may re-submit your stall as many times as you would like before the deadline. Your most recent submission will be used for the event. If you need more time to submit, please speak with theawesomeSC4sim or Sealboy.
