After recent events, we made the difficult decision to just simply take a break. Once we’ve determined we are ready, we’ll come back better than ever.

What will happen during the break?

During the break, we’ll be pausing major events and development. Events such as Runs and Group Training Sessions may not occur during this time. Free Drives, 1-on-1 Private Training Sessions, voice calls and some Group Trainings Sessions will proceed as normal.

Will the map still be open for Transit Operators to drive?

Yes, the map will still be open for Transit Operators to drive with a Trainer or Supervisor, and Customers to visit.

Can Customers still apply to become Transit Operators?

Yes, Customers can still apply to become Transit Operators, and all new and existing applications will still be processed, however, it may take slightly longer.

How much development will occur in the map?

During the break, only minor fixes, such as season changes, weather, construction and bug fixes will proceed. Major development including new routes and vehicles will be paused.

How long will the break last?

We are unsure how long it will last. It may take a few weeks, possibly a few months, or longer. However, the break will not be forever. Once we determine we are ready, we will come back better than ever.

Will Transit Operators be placed inactive if they don’t drive within 30 days?

During the break, all Quotas including the 30 Day period will be paused. Transit Operators will not be placed inactive during the break.

I have a training booked, but it’s during the break. Will I still be trained on the original day?

Yes, normal 1-on-1 private trainings should proceed as normal. However, if your Trainer is unable to do it, then they will find another Trainer for you or reschedule your appointment.

Our break will not be forever. We just need some time to cool down for a bit. Once we come back, we’ll be better than ever! If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime.
